Dear Students and Parents,

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are migrating all services that are on Google to Microsoft 365. This transformation will provide our students with easy access to all the Nord Anglia IT resources with Microsoft single sign-on.
Migration is scheduled on the below dates for respective Oakridge schools


How does this migration impact you?
  • All google services will be stopped(Gmail, Google Drive, Google Classroom etc.,)
  • Students’ email address will remain the same.
  • Student email can be accessed from outlook.com instead of Gmail.com
  • No previous chat history from Google Classroom will be available.
  • Users may have comparability issues in some cases following the migration. ex: missing font styles, formulas used in google sheets may not work after migration etc.,
  • No impact on how you access SchoolPost & Oakridge App.
Key things to remember:
  • Nord Anglia Portal /Teams credentials can be used to login to student email
  • Your Google Drive data will be migrated to OneDrive
  • You are requested to login Nord Anglia Portal ( URL: portal.nordanglia.com ) to make sure your login is working
  • Inform the class teacher / school ICT team if there is any trouble logging in
  • Though the files in Google Drive will be transferred to OneDrive, we recommend you to take backup of any important files from Google Drive
  • We also recommend you to enable Multi Factor Authentication on the student accounts for better security and to enable self-password management.
